Randy Ban
As ARISE’s administrator, Randy functions as the “nerve-center” of the ministry. If you have questions about ARISE, it’s a good bet Randy has the answer. Randy was born in Toronto, Ontario and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Canadian University College in Lacombe, Alberta. Randy and his wife, Shandra, are both ARISE graduates, and are thrilled to be working with ARISE on “the other side of the desk." Randy was working as a Logistics Coordinator for a large food production company in Canada when he received the call from ARISE. After much thoughtful prayer Randy and Shandra gave their two-week notices, packed up a trailer, and drove across the border to ARISE. Randy and Shandra are expecting their first child in July. Randy enjoys beating David in tennis, and trying to beat Matt.
